The St. Louis Post-Dispatch reported that 35-year-old Malisa Dawn Davis faces two counts of felony assault and one count of felony resisting arrest.

Police were called to a home in Elsberry Tuesday. The homeowner said she confronted Davis after seeing Davis in her yard. She told police that Davis grabbed a dog chain from the yard and began hitting her car. Davis then allegedly struck the homeowner in the head and left arm.

When an officer arrived, Davis allegedly tried to bite him several times and grabbed his genitals, refusing to let go.

Davis was eventually taken into custody. She is jailed on $50,000 cash-only bond.
