Grand jury indicts man in Russellville meth, weapons case
Emmanuel Guillen was charged with possessing meth with the intent to distribute.
Wed, 23 Apr 2014 17:46:05 GMT — The man arrested in March on meth and weapons charges has been indicted by a federal grand jury.The U.S. Attorney??s office says 21-year-old Mexican citizen Emmanuel Guillen was charged with possessing meth with the intent to distribute. The indictment also stated that Guillen was an illegal alien living in Russellville and was in possession of 21 firearms at the time of his arrest.Law enforcement searched Guillen??s home on March 20, 2014 and found meth, semi-automatic pistols, shotguns, and rifles. They also found over $15,000 in cash.
