Thu, 13 Jun 2013 14:34:11 GMT — A Fulton man faces a felony charge after authorities found him with meth. Tuesday morning a Callaway County deputy stopped 27-year-old Richard Atterberry's Ford pickup truck at the intersection of 2 nd street and Addison Street in Fulton. The deputy said Atterberry appeared to be under the influence of a controlled subtance. During a search of Atterberry's truck the deputy found a glass pipe with a crystal substance, which tested positive for methamphetamine. Atterberry admitted to having the pipe. The Fulton man is charged with possession of a controlled substance and unlawful use of drug paraphernalia.
