A Fulton man faces a felony charge after authorities found him with meth.
Tuesday morning a Callaway County deputy stopped 27-year-old Richard Atterberry's Ford pickup truck at the intersection of 2
street and Addison Street in Fulton.
The deputy said Atterberry appeared to be under the influence of a controlled subtance.
During a search of Atterberry's truck the deputy found a glass pipe with a crystal substance, which tested positive for methamphetamine.
Atterberry admitted to having the pipe.
The Fulton man is charged with possession of a controlled substance and unlawful use of drug paraphernalia.
