Police arrested a Fulton man for burglary.
Authorities said Nathaniel Quick was inside a building in the 300 block of East Fifth Street when officers saw a burglary in progress.
Investigators said Quick tried to get away but when he saw officers he went back into the residence to try to hide from officers.
Police entered the residence and took Quick into custody without further incident.
Quick was arrested for 2nd degree burglary, resisting arrest by fleeing, and possession of marijuana.
Quick was taken to the Callaway County Jail to post bond for the charges.
The investigation is continuing.
