      Fulton business burglary leads to arrest

      Thomas Byrd charges of second-degree burglary and felony stealing third related offense
      A Fulton man is facing burglary and stealing charges, after police say he broke into a service center on East Second Street.

      Police arrested 51-year-old Thomas Byrd after they say he had stolen a key and entered the Par-Five Service Shop unlawfully

      Byrd was taken into custody as he was attempting to run from the scene.

      He faces charges of second-degree burglary and felony stealing third related offense.

      He was taken to the Callaway County jail on a $9,000 bond.
