      Fisherman found dead at the Lake of the Ozarks

      The Missouri State Highway Patrol said 45-year-old Steven Owens was fishing yesterday from a canoe when he fell into the water on the Little Niangua Arm, downstream from the Route J bridge.


      Medical issues caused a fisherman at the Lake of the Ozarks to fall into the water and die.


      The Missouri State Highway Patrol said 45-year-old Steven Owens was fishing yesterday from a canoe when he fell into the water on the Little Niangua Arm, downstream from the Route J bridge.


      He was found face down in the water by a passing fisherman.
