Thu, 08 Aug 2013 16:00:10 GMT — One man was arrested after injuring two victims in a fight Wednesday night. Officers were called to a disturbance about 8pm at the Columbia Hall on the Stephens College campus. When they arrived, authorities found a man with serious injuries to his face and head, and mouth. A second victim had been struck in the head and was thrown into a door. According to police reports, Eric Smith and a female had been in a relationship in the past. The female victim allowed Smith to stay at her residence for several days, but they got into an argument. When the female asked Smith to leave, he hit her in the head knocking her into the closet door. The male victim stepped in between Smith and the femle, sparking a fight. Smith was arrested for 2nd degree assault and 3rd degree domestic assault for causing physical injury to both victims.
