20-year-old Keenan T. Moore was arrested for first-degree assault, armed criminal action and unlawful use of a weapon.

According to police, Moore and 29-year-old Brandon R. Lewis, also of Columbia, had been drinking and got into a verbal argument at 108 Leslie Lane.

Witnesses said Moore pulled a knife on Lewis and assaulted him when the men started fighting around 9:00 p.m. Thursday.
