Drawing released of child found dead in Pulaski County

The Pulaski County Sheriff has released a forensic drawing made from the skull of a child found in Dixon last fall.

The skull was found in a wooded area about 30 feet away from Highway 28 in Dixon.

An anthropologist examined the skull. While they cannot determine the sex of the child, officials believe the child's age is between eight and 13.

The Pulaski County Sheriff's Department worked with several federal, state and local agencies during this investigation.
