Three people were arrested Monday morning after a Boone County Sheriff??s deputy interrupted a home burglary.
Early Monday morning the deputy was in the 3000-block of Hancock Hill Road checking on a house that had recently been burglarized.
When the deputy got to the house, just before 4 a.m. he saw Rusty Modglin, 42, Amanda Baker, 35 and Samuel Evans, 23 running from the house.
Evans was arrested on the property in a vehicle and both Modglin and Baker were taken into custody after a canine unit found them nearby.
Modglin, Baker and Evans were taken into custody for burglary, stealing and resisting arrest among other charges.
Modglin??s bond was set at $23,000.
Baker??s bond was set at $27,000 and Evans was released after posting $18,000 bond.
