Temperatures will start out frigid and below zero, but light winds being pumped in from an Arctic high will produce dangerous wind chills. It will feel like minus 10 to 20 during the morning hours with mostly clear skies. Clouds will gradually return for the afternoon as temperatures struggle to reach double digits.Clouds look to linger for the overnight hours and we're in store for another frigid night. Lows will fall to below zero with wind chills between 5-15 degrees below zero.
