CrimeStoppers offers reward leading to arrest of cow killer

A reward has been offered for any information leading to the arrest of a suspect who shot and killed a pregnant cow and its unborn calf.

CrimeStoppers is offering up $250 to anyone with information.

On the evening of Aug. 23, deputies responded to the 2400 block of Route U. According to police, a subject driving a late model white Chevy Blazer with a white rust spot on the passenger door and a tinted black window pulled into a driveway in front of cattle and shot the pregnant cow.

The suspect then drove north on Route U.
