Convicted felon wanted in hit-and-run

UPDATE: Tuesday, October 15th, 4:32pm:
Dennis Lawson has now been charged with felony leaving the scene of a motor vehicle accident, felony driving while revoked, no insurance, and careless and imprudent driving resulting in an accident. A bond has been issued for Lawson for $100,000.00.

The Maries County Sheriff's Office is looking for a suspect in a hit-and-run on County Road 613 Sunday evening.
They say Dennis Lawson fled the scene on foot.
The Sheriff's Office is notifying residents in the area and warns them to lock their cars.
Lawson is a multi-convicted felon and is currently out on bond.
