A convicted felon faces more charges after a probable cause statement shows he tried to sell heroin to a police informant in Jefferson City.
Between February 1 and April 6, 2014 a confidential informant (CI) bought suspected heroin from Wayne Bush within the Jefferson City limits.
The suspected heroin, which field tested positive for opiates, was submitted to the Missouri State Highway Patrol Crime Lab for further analysis.
Bush is charged with distribution of a controlled substance.
He is considered a persistent/prior drug offender since he was convicted of distribution of a controlled substance in February 2010.
Bush is currently on parole for distribution of a controlled Substance with a 5-year sentence and illegal possession of a firearm with a 7-year sentence.
