Columbia Police search for possibly endangered woman

Fri, 08 Nov 2013 15:01:39 GMT — Columbia Police are looking for a woman who has not been seen since October 26 and may be with a man who has assaulted her in the past.27-year-old Cassandra Leaann Laronge was last seen leaving a home in the 100 block of Oak Street where she was staying with a friend. She called an out-of-state relative on November 2.She is believed to be with 35-year-old Christopher Brett Mears, who is wanted on a felony warrant out of Callaway County. The warrant is for domestic assault against Laronge with a bond amount of $50,000.Mears and Laronge may be in an unknown color 1996 Ford Pickup pulling a camper trailer. The Missouri license plate on the pickup is 3UT609.Anyone with information on the whereabouts of Laronge or Mears is urged to call local law enforcement or Crime Stoppers at (573) 875-TIPS.
