After experiencing a few days of spring-like weather, winter is coming back in full force. Temperatures on Monday morning were cold in the teens and 20s with partly cloudy skies. Flurries were possible north of I-70 during the early morning hours as wind chills were in the teens. A mix of sun and clouds will persist into the afternoon. As high pressure pumps in cold air from the north, highs will only be in the mid-upper 30s.
Clouds will stick around in the overnight hours. The cold air will linger as well as lows fall into the lower 30s. A cold front will slide through Mid-Missouri on Tuesday bringing with it a chance of light snow. A dusting may be possible south of Jefferson City.
