It was another cold morning on Thursday with temperatures hovering in the mid-upper 20s. The cloud-cover from Wednesday lingered a bit in the form of mid-level stratus clouds. The heart of the Show-Me State will be greeted with sunshine by the mid-morning hours and that will stick around through much of the day. Highs will be near average - not too cold and not too warm. We'll top out in the upper 40s and lower 50s.
Skies will remain clear overnight, giving us a cold start for Friday. Temperatures will be in the upper 20s early with sunshine. A warm front will send some well deserved warmth to the area as highs reach the upper 50s and lower 60s. A cool down is coming for Saturday, though.
