Sun, 09 Jun 2013 20:50:41 GMT — Visitors to Jefferson City??s Central Dairy on Dunklin Street have new way to experience history.A mural covers some inside walls of the Central Dairy Building that reflects the company??s past and present.Images on the left side of the mural show a timeline that begins with a horse drawn carriage.The mural shows the construction of buildings in both Jefferson City and Columbia through the years.Finally, you can see a modern stainless steel manufacturing plant and the current advertising of computer generated cows.Central Dairy General Manager Chris Hackman said, ??It turned out great. An artist at firehouse did a great job. We found some old pictures and got them to her. She put them together for us and made this beautiful mural that we can put up so we can tell the story of how we started until today.??The mural is free and open to the public.
