BreakTime robbery leads to drug, weapons arrest

      A Fulton man faces multiple charges after police say he robbed a BreakTime and then was caught with drugs and weapons.

      Fulton Police were called to the BreakTime on West 4th Street just before 2:30 a.m. Saturday to investigate a theft.

      Police found the suspect's vehicle on Hickman Avenue being driven by Tylor John Carl Bradley.

      When officers tried to stop Bradley, he led them on a short chase. Officers eventually stopped Bradley in the area of Hickman and W. 7th St.

      Investigation revealed that Bradley had stolen goods, drug paraphernalia and concealed weapons, inluding a defaced gun and knives, in his possession.

      A search of the vehicle turned up suspected methamphetamine and marijuana.

      Officers also say Bradley was under the influence of narcotics while driving the car.

      He was arrested for:

      Driving while intoxicated in a drugged condition

      Possession of a controlled substance

      Possession of marijuana

      Possession of drug paraphernalia (two counts)


      Possession of a defaced firearm

      Illegal possession of a firearm by a felon

      Unlawful use of a weapon

      Resisting arrest by flight
