Boone County woman arrested for child endangerment

Fri, 28 Feb 2014 19:24:46 GMT — A Boone County woman was arrested Friday for endangering the welfare of her children.Columbia police were called shortly after midnight to the Royal Inn Motel on 1-70 Drive.Officers searched a room rented by Britney Miller, 24, and found two children ages 1 and 2 inside.During their search officers found cocaine on a paper plate inside a microwave. They also found glass pipes and a metal spoon with burn marks and residue.Miller was also booked for possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
