The man suspected of making a bomb threat in Fulton has turned himself into police.
Police say 38-year-old Ryan Scott Bazer made the threat against the Fulton Bus Barn last month after a domestic issue.
The incident caused a precautionary lock down of several of the Fulton School buildings. Officers from the Fulton Police Department, Callaway Sheriff's Department, and the Missouri State Highway patrol responded to the bus barn. There were law enforcement present at each school at dismissal time as a further precaution.
Police learned left the area and went to a hotel in Minnesota, where he had been until Thursday.
Bazer turned himself in this morning at the Callaway County Courthouse along with his attorney. He was taken to the Callaway County Jail charged with "Making a Terrorist Threat" with a bond of $20,000. The court also revoked a previous bond on a drug paraphernalia charge raising his bond to $40,000 cash. Additional Domestic Abuse charges are pending.
