Wed, 08 May 2013 22:43:11 GMT — Two people were arrested and another issued a summons when Boone County authorities served two search warrants Wednesday morning.The sheriff's department suspected residents of both locations of manufacturing methamphetamine.The first search warrant was for 2308 Grandview Circle. Nathan Hofius, 33, of Columbia, was arrested for manufacturing a controlled substance.Authorities found chemicals and equipment used to manufacture methamphetamine, as well as methamphetamine paraphernalia and methamphetamine.The second was for 3501 New Haven Road #99, where authorities found 46-year-old Patricia Reeves of Sturgeon and 63-year-old Charles Nole of Columbia. Reeves was arrested for possession of a controlled substance and a Columbia municipal warrant for failing to appear in court, while Nole was issued a summons for possession of drug paraphernalia.Items found by authorities included methamphetamine and methamphetamine paraphernalia.
