Mon, 08 Jul 2013 15:19:43 GMT — A Columbia woman was arrested after she left her children home alone. Columbia police said Sunday at about 6:15 p.m. Wilia Pinkett, 22, left her two-year-old and four-year-old children alone while they were sleeping in her apartment. Pinkett was reportedly next door at her neighbor's apartment. While she was gone, one of the children woke up and left Pinkett's apartment. Officers were called to the 1000-block of Claudell Lane because of a wandering child in the parking lot. Pinkett was arrested for two counts of endangering the welfare of a child in the first-degree with a bond of $4,500 each.
