Tue, 25 Feb 2014 12:27:31 GMT — More below normal temperatures greeted Mid-Missouri on Tuesday morning. Temperatures started out in the lower-mid 20s with partly cloudy skies above. Clouds will linger through much of the day, which is going to limit afternoon temperatures. A dip in the jet stream won't help warm us either, look for highs only in the mid 30s.A strong cold front will slide in from the north this evening bringing a blast of Arctic air. The front will also squeeze out some flurries and light snow across Mid-Missouri. Most of the area will see only a dusting, with the possibility of .1-.2" of snow south of Jefferson City. Clouds will clear overnight and temperatures will be frigid Wednesday morning in the single digits. Wind chills will likely be near zero.Follow the KRCG 13 StormVision Weather Team for the latest weather updates.
