60-year-old woman hospitalized after stabbing

Columbia Police are investigating an alleged stabbing at Douglas Park on Friday.
Police say they responded to a call around 2:25 p.m. but when they arrived less than two minutes later, they found no signs of an assault or disturbance.
There were no witnesses or evidence either.
About 20 minutes later officers were sent to University Hospital in response to a stabbing victim arriving at the emergency room.
A 60-year-old woman reported being assaulted with a knife by a female acquaintance.
Her injuries to her hand and neck are non-life threatening.
The investigation is ongoing.
