2 men on the loose after Jefferson City armed robbery

Police are looking for the two men who robbed a Jefferson City convenience store early Friday morning.

Police responded around 2:00 a.m to the Phillips 66 at 807 Stadium for an armed robbery.

Investigators determined two men entered the store and demanded money from the cashier.

The cashier said both men were armed with handguns.

The suspects were black males who were wearing all black with hoodies.

The cashier handed over cash and the men fled the business, headed eastbound. No one was hurt during the robbery.

The Jefferson City Police Departmentâ??s K-9 Unit was called out and tracked the suspects to the area of John and Dunford Street, but the suspects were not found.
