The Missouri House approved legislation Thursday that would make it illegal in Missouri to enforce any federal law deemed to be an infringement on the right to bare arms.
Fri, 19 Apr 2013 01:23:07 GMT — The Missouri House approved legislation Thursday that would make it illegal in Missouri to enforce any federal law deemed to be an infringement on the right to bare arms.The vote came as hundreds of gun rights enthusiasts rallied for the Second Amendment and against giving private information to Uncle Sam.House Bill 436 would also allow certain school personnel to carry concealed weapons in school buildings.It lowers the minimum age required to carry concealed weapons from 21 to 19, and allows firearms of less than 16 inches to be openly carried by people with valid permits.The House voted 115 to 41 to send the measure to the Senate.
